Seen Around Town

Coneflower seedpods in front of a white picket fence, up to their necks in snow, create erratic polka-dots and Sputnik-looking silhouettes.

Have a seat. Snow approaches 24 inches in most parts of town.

Flag flies at half-mast last Friday in front of my post office, in honor of the victims of the Arizona shooting.

Also seen in town Friday, was this pair of Acura crossovers, an early RDX on the right and a brand new MDX to its left, clearly showing the original Acura nose and the marque's controversial new beak. I really don't see what the fuss is all about, lol. Yes, that's my shadow on the lower right taking the shot.
