  1. Well those are all fabulous. Do I see a Best Blog for Photography nomination in your future????

I guess I have to go out and buy a bigger home with more walls to hang more art. I am already starting to hang pictures on doors, but why not? Who says a door has to be left unadorned?

  2. FAB CASEY, JUST FAB, NOTHING PRETTIER THAN FRESH FALLING SNOW ON A TREE. I JUST WATCHED MY WONDERFUL HOUR OF CHURCH SERVICE AND NOW I'M ENJOYING SITTING HERE LOOKING OUT THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR AT MY OAK TREE WHERE THERE WAS SO MUCH ACTIVITIES LAST SPRING. NOW JUST A FEW SQUIRRALS COMING AND GOING. I DON'T KNOW WHERE ALL MY BIRDS DISAPPEARED TO. MAYBE IT'S THAT D/// CAT THAT COMES AND GOES. A STRAY.

  3. These are really beautiful. Thank you for sharing them with us. I am hopeful that the snow predicted for Tuesday/Wednesday will result in scenes like this on our block -- we have a lot of trees and some beautiful brownstones across the street that look very "old New York" when adorned with snow.

  6. Well, that was odd, a post totally lost!
I was just saying how beautiful the pics are Casey..love them all, but really do adore the picture of the bittersweet...a truly poignant winter moment. Didn't realize the snow there was quite so deep (noticing it's depth by the bench.)
Is lightly snowing in NE today. The pine tree outside my front window is pretty and I love when the turtle doves and blue jays come to find shelter in it.
    Have a wonderful Sunday everyone...

  7. This is the way I like to see winter - through someone else's eyes! In a few years when I get to the point that I can winter in tropical climes I'll dial up your blog for a look at winter's beauty before I head out the door for the beach! Thanks Casey!

  15. We'll see how much snow we get tomorrow night and Wednesday and then I'll see about taking a picture and sending it to Casey. My partner has the Android so I think he'll know how to do that. I wish I had some from the blizzard! Of course, one has to overlook the cars (and the garbage)!
