An extremely angular morning glory was blooming this morning. It's also several shades lighter than any of the others. It has truly been a year of singularly odd flowers in my gardens! Regular readers of this blog will remember my "Fraternal Triplets," the magenta-and-white dahlias that kept changing their patterns.
As a reminder, the "usual" morning glories in my garden.
I never grow tired of looking at these beautiful blue morning glories! I'm as baffled as you over the odd shaped one though. You should save it. Press it in a book - and then maybe use it in your art. I don't think the moisture content is too high in them - I wonder if it will keep it's color?
